Our Commitment At Paw Party, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right.
Refund Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about an issue with your order.
Eligible Issues We offer a full refund or free replacement for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that don't match the product description
- Orders that never arrived
How It Works No need to ship anything back. Simply contact us at magnusliebelt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll process a refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days.
Non-Eligible Items We're unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact
- Orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer
Processing Time Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
